Wow ! Really cool work ! I love cycled background animation like this :) Colors, lights and proportions are all on point for a dystopian neon future theme. Which programm did you use ?

I really dig the translucent brushplay in the flowers and ghostly arms creating a similar texture and thus optical connection between those elements, at least for me :) Did you use SAI by any chance ?

Gracefully violent. I really like the constant level of detail from the guns over the glass fragments in heads to every single bullet rendered. And its in poster condition too :D Hot canditate.
