I like the draw and outline determined style :) And these texture brushes in the background go (for me) surprisingly well with that ;)

At first glance its very dynamic due to the angle and the pose. The ice is well executed , I like the colorful refractions. But it looks like ypu used soft brushes all the time which makes the robot look a lot less mechanic and more organic. Its hard to judge on the details though beacuse the resolution of the picture is rather low what is a pity because Id loved to see a bigger version of this to have a look on the details of the robot and the background.

Looks cool :)
But I also have a bit critique, red and cold blue lightsource are well implemented , but the green skulls dont seem to have any effect on the light situation and thus look a bit out of place, same goes for the nebula in the foreground , it lacks transparence.

In my opinion this mastermind looks way to muscular and fighter like. His name says "mind" after all. This guy could be current mastermind's bodyguard. Main point here would be the the sixpack and his chest.

The girl looks promising though.
