Awesome ! Love all the details and styles flowing into each other !
And all the details, really makes one appreciate the new NG viewer to zoom around.
Overall it strikes me like the city from Pedido Street station, New Crobuzon, at least like I imagine it. A city where magic and steampunk co-exist, leading to a sort-of architectural clash.

Very lively shading work ! Kinda reminds me of the old necromancer armor designs they had in GW 1 with the emphasis on leather and prominent spikey neck areas. Fits the character expression very well.
